Accidental Delicious

Recently, someone on twitter recommended this recipe, and I had it up on my computer for about a week before I finally had to eat it.

It just sounded SO good, especially since our weather has been rather hot lately.
It's not too heavy and not too hot and we LOVE avocado, so it was perfect.

Only I had to add ricotta. And parmesan.

And in the end we ate at least half of it dipped on our bread, and although it was delicious as a sauce for pasta?

It is totally my new go to dip for taking to parties.

I call it...PESTO-MOLE!
